Lately, I’ve been getting constant calls from a company called Pendelton Capital Management. At first, I ignored them because I didn’t recognize the name, but they’ve been calling almost daily, sometimes even leaving voicemails that sound borderline threatening. I finally answered and the rep was extremely aggressive, demanding payment for a debt I don’t even recognize.

What’s weird is they won’t provide anything in writing or even verify the details when I ask. It honestly feels more like intimidation than a legitimate debt collection process.

I started digging around and found this page about Pendelton Capital Management debt collection harassment that describes almost exactly what I’ve been dealing with. Seems like I’m not the only one who’s run into this.

I’m wondering—has anyone else been through this with them? Did you manage to get them to back off? I'm not even sure if I should send a cease and desist or file a complaint somewhere. Would appreciate hearing what worked for others.
