Just used a fine art mover for the first time - any questions?
I recently had to move a large oil painting that's been in my family for generations. I was honestly terrified of damaging it, so I finally broke down and hired a specialized fine art moving company.
The whole process was completely different from a standard moving company. They came out for an in-person assessment, created a custom crate for the piece, and handled it with white gloves from start to finish. The peace of mind was worth every penny.
If you're on the fence about using a service like this for a valuable piece, I'm happy to share my experience. Has anyone else used a similar service? What was it like for you?
